BRK

BRK is First Alert's line for electricians and contractors. Hardwired BRK alarms run on 120V with a backup battery and can be interconnected, so when one alarm sounds, they all sound.

In this collection:

• Hardwired smoke alarms: 9120B and SMI100-AC (ionization), 7020BSL, SM100V-AC and SM110LED-AC (photoelectric)
• Hardwired smoke and carbon monoxide combo alarms: SC9120B, SMICO100-AC, SMICO105-AC, 7030BSL
• Carbon monoxide alarm: CO5120BN
• 10-year sealed battery alarms: SMI110, SMICO110, SMCO210
• Contractor 6-packs of SMICO100-AC and SMICO105-AC

Ionization or photoelectric? Ionization sensors react faster to fast, flaming fires; photoelectric sensors react faster to slow, smoldering fires. When replacing an older hardwired alarm, check the plug on the back: staying with a compatible connector lets you reuse the existing wiring harness.
